About Morgan

Hi, I'm Morgan.

I came to this work the long way. For years I chased the next plan, the next reset, the next thing that promised to fix how tired and scattered I felt - and none of it stuck. What finally changed things wasn't a stricter rule. It was learning to listen to my body and build a life that supported it.

Now I help others do the same. As a certified holistic health coach, I sit somewhere between a steady accountability partner and a calm sounding board. I won't hand you a rigid program. We'll find what works for you, one honest conversation at a time.

Outside of sessions you'll find me cooking something seasonal, walking with no destination, or quietly proving that rest is productive too.

Wellness isn't a finish line. It's the quiet, daily practice of taking care of the person you're going to be.
